Yes. Every order starts with a sample made to your specification. Bulk production begins only after you approve the sample.
What materials do you use?
We choose materials to match the product and its purpose: cotton, viscose, wool, bamboo, organic cotton, elastane and other functional blends.
Is your yarn certified?
We use OEKO-TEX® certified yarn exclusively, tested against more than 100 harmful substances. Our yarn suppliers’ OEKO-TEX® certificates are available to download on the Quality page.
Can you package to our brand?
Yes. We prepare labels, cards and packaging to your brand, as part of our private label and OEM production.
How do you ship orders?
We ship by road freight to buyers in the EU from Novi Pazar. Shipping terms are agreed for each order.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed and set out in the order confirmation.
