Production process

Eight controlled steps from choosing materials to delivery. The complete process is under our own control — for better compliance, faster lead times and safer quality.

1. Yarn selection

The process starts with selecting yarn to match the product and its purpose — cotton, viscose, wool, bamboo, organic cotton, elastane and other functional blends, exclusively OEKO-TEX® certified. Careful selection at this step prevents an unsuitable material from entering production and compromising the comfort or durability of the finished sock.

2. Knitting

Yarn is knitted on 95 circular knitting machines from Lonati and Sangiacomo, spread across four production lines. Precise machine setup at this step prevents construction irregularities and keeps quality consistent piece to piece.

3. Toe seaming

The tip of the sock is closed by toe seaming, with attention to a flat, thin seam. This step prevents an uncomfortable, bulky seam that would be felt during wear, especially for sensitive feet.

4. Washing & softening

Socks go through washing and softening to remove production residue and achieve a soft finish. This prevents a rough or under-finished sock from reaching the customer.

5. Thermofixing

Thermofixing gives the sock its final shape and dimensional stability under heat. This step prevents the sock from shrinking or losing shape after washing once it reaches the end user.

6. Quality control

Every batch goes through quality control, which checks workmanship, dimensions and appearance. This prevents a faulty product from leaving the factory and reaching the customer.

7. Pairing & packing

Socks are paired by size and colour, then packed to the customer’s requirements — including labelling and packaging for private-label orders. This step prevents mismatched pairs and mislabelled shipments.

8. Delivery

The packed goods are delivered to the customer within the agreed lead time. Tracking this final step prevents delays and ensures the order arrives in the condition it left the factory.
