What we collect

When you fill out the inquiry form on this site, we collect exactly the fields the form asks for: your full name, company, country, email address, the track you select (private label or ready stock), product type, quantity and the message you send us. When you contact us by email, we also receive the metadata that comes with any email (such as the sender’s address). Simply browsing the site does not collect any personal data.

Why we process it

We process this data solely to answer your business inquiry — this is a pre-contractual step, and our legitimate interest in responding to interested buyers.

Who processes it

The inquiry form is technically relayed by Web3Forms, a service that delivers your message to us by email. Web3Forms processes the data on our behalf, under its own privacy policy.

What we do not do

This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, uses no tracking pixels, embeds no third-party content, runs no advertising, and does not sell your data to anyone.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, where it leads to a business relationship, for as long as that relationship lasts. The exact retention period for inquiry emails has not yet been defined.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; EU residents may contact their own local authority.
